Who we are
Flita, Inc. ("Flita", "we", "us") is a Delaware corporation headquartered in San Francisco, California. This policy describes how we handle personal information across this website (flita.co) and the services we operate, including BuilderPub (builderpub.com) and Try My Nails (trymynails.com). Where a product publishes its own privacy notice — such as the Try My Nails privacy policy — that notice supplements this policy for that product.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide when you sign up for one of our services — such as your name and email address, whether you register directly or sign in with Google.
- Purchase records when you buy one of our products. Payments are processed by our payment partners (Paddle.com and Stripe); we receive confirmation of the transaction but never store your full card number.
- Content you upload to our tools — such as nail-design photos in Try My Nails — which we use only to provide the service, for example generating the product images you request.
- Usage information collected automatically, such as server logs, IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit.
- Communications you send us, such as support requests and feedback.
How we use information
- To provide and operate our services, including creating your account and granting access to purchased content.
- To process transactions and send receipts and service-related messages.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To keep our services secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our services, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Payment processing — Paddle.com (acting as merchant of record for course purchases), Stripe, and Apple for App Store in-app purchases.
- Hosting and infrastructure — Cloudflare and Supabase.
- Email delivery — Brevo.
- Sign-in — Google, if you choose to sign in with a Google account.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
Cookies
Our services use cookies that are essential for signing in and keeping your session active. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and afterwards only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes, such as records of completed transactions.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to admin@flita.co. Depending on where you live — including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California — you may have additional rights under local law, such as data portability and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice, such as email to registered users.
